This Certification can be used in any and all UNREGULATED STATES. Unless you continue through the NCLC which I can assist you with.  

The Physics of Light and Tissue interaction is the focus of this training course. The more you understand about Laser Physics, Skin and the reactions that light energy can bring, the better Aesthetician not to mention an Aesthetic Laser Technician you will be!
